Erwin Chemerinsky is one of the country's top constitutional law scholars and is the founding Dean of the University of California Irvine School of Law. Chemerinsky was in Missoula this week to deliver the Honorable James Browning Distinguished Lecture at the University of Montana Law School. In tonight's feature interview with Reporter Emilie Ritter, Chemerinsky says it's becoming harder for people to access the federal court system.
